Make your contact count
Signposting and referring people to other services can be helpful, but requires the resident to tell their story again and again and runs the risk of losing people.
For that reason, most our partners want to make their contact count. If you are working with a resident, we have a simple diagnostic tool to help you do that. It asks a series of questions to get you to the most helpful information for the person you are supporting.
If the resident wants more than information and is willing to engage in a more sustained manner then you can make a referral to our Residents Advice and Information Team.
The team works with residents, taking a case management approach to identifying personalised support for those seeking help. They can link residents with a wide range of support covering money issues, skills and employment, healthy lifestyle offers and activities in their community.
